Pump Repair Parts

The City of Philadelphia Procurement Department is soliciting bids for a requirements contract to furnish and deliver new, first-quality Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.) pump repair parts to various city departments. The contract excludes engine and engine parts and requires the successful seller to maintain a reasonable stock of parts to ensure delivery within 48 hours of a written or verbal order. The initial term is for 12 months, with the City holding the sole option to renew the agreement annually for up to four additional one-year periods. All parts must be delivered in original sealed cartons and are guaranteed against defects for at least 90 days from the date they are put into service. Compliance with the Small and Local Business Plan, workforce demographic disclosures, and gender diversity reporting is mandatory. Additionally, the contract mandates adherence to Philadelphia Code and Mayoral Executive Order 03-14 regarding minimum wages and benefits, as well as strict confidentiality protocols regarding the use of City information in AI prompts.
