All hardware and supplies furnished under this contract are strictly prohibited from containing or coming into direct contact with mercury or mercury-containing compounds, except for specific functional applications such as batteries, fluorescent lights, required instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, and chemical analysis reagents explicitly authorized by NAVSEA.
