Purchase AF Authorized X26P Taser Kit

The 412th Test Wing Operating Location at Air Force Plant (AFP) 42 in Palmdale, CA intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under 41 USC 3304(a)(5); FAR Part 6.302-5(a)(2)(i); Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to AAdvark (SB),1935 Puddingstone Drive, La Verne, CA 91750. The NAICS code is 335999. AAdvark is the sole distributor of Taser International Inc. for Taser X26P Kit. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001: Qty (30) Taser X26P Kit (Right Handed) CLIN 0002: Qty (15) Taser X26P Kit (Left Handed) This non-competitive award is being made to AAdvark the authorized Taser X26P Kit distributor. The X26P is an Air Force (AF) authorized Taser to be use by AF Security Forces. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement (AF Authorized Taser X26P). In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12.
