This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. The solicitation number is 31090PR260000348. Provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 13 March 2026.
