Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of 100kW Generator and associated ATS at COTC's Evans Hall in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. Summary Project Description: Addition of a 100kW Generator and associated ATS to provide emergency power to a panel in the building. Gas will need to be extended to the new generator from the meter. A controls wire will need to be ran back to the building. Generator startup and owner training required. Contract Scope: Construction, renovation, hazardous material removal, and facility operations during occupancy.
