Purchase Glock 17 Gen 5 MOS 9mm for Prince William County Police Department

Solicitation 700643-27 is a request for quotes from the Prince William County Office of Procurement Services for the purchase of 120 new Glock 17 Gen 5 MOS 9mm firearms for the Prince William County Police Department. Each firearm must be brand name with no substitutions, equipped with a mounted Aimpoint ACRO P2 optic including batteries, and three factory 17-round magazines. The procurement includes a trade-in requirement for 120 used Glock 17/19 Gen 5 9mm firearms. This is a firm fixed-price contract with delivery required within 30 calendar days after receipt of order on an FOB destination basis. The County also reserves the option to place additional orders up to 100 percent of the original quantity during the first year at the original unit price. Award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the price of the firearms and the trade-in value. To be eligible, bidders must be authorized Glock Distributors and possess a valid Federal Firearm License, providing proof of both with their submission. Additionally, the successful contractor must provide a manufacturer warranty and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and workers compensation, with Prince William County named as an additional insured. Invoicing is handled via net 30 terms for ACH payments or immediate payment for ePayables Virtual Card users. All shipping containers must be legibly labeled with the purchase order number and utilize standard commercial packaging.
