W9127N26QA142 – PURCHASE OF A MILLER PROHEAT 35 LIQUID-COOLED INDUCTION HEATING SYSTEM


The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a single-source commercial supply request for one (1) Miller ProHeat 35 Liquid-Cooled Induction Heating System to Miller Electrical Manufacturing, LLC. Miller is an other than Small Business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 332811 – Metal Heat Treating. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 3424 – Metal Heat Treating and Non-Thermal Treating Equipment.


In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.102(a), for acquisitions at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) the government may document the decision that only one source is available and IAW RFO FAR 201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for an acquisition at or below the SAT.
