The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a solicitation directly to small businesses that are authorized dealers of the Miller ProHeat35 Induction Heating System, a commercial supply under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 332811 – Metal Heat Treating. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 3424 – Metal Heat Treating and Non-Thermal Treating Equipment.
