Purchase of Accommodation Management (Hotel) Software

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to solicit bids for the acquisition of a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hosting software solution for the Personnel Services (Pers Svc) of the 2nd Canadian Division. The software will be used for room reservation management, housekeeping, and financial tracking related to accommodation management. The contract or delivery date for the software and its related services is no later than March 31, 2024. The delivery points include the following sites: 1. St-Jean Garrison - 25 Grand Bernier, P.O. Box 100, Head Office Branch, Richelain (Québec), J0J 1R0 2. Valcartier Garrison - P.O. Box 1000, Forces Branch, Courcelette (Québec), G0A 4Z0 3. Pointe-À-Carcy Naval Reserve - 144 Dalhousie Street, Québec (Québec), G1K 4C4 Interested suppliers must be able to meet the minimum mandatory technical requirements or acceptance criteria as defined in the attached documents. The contract will include various deliverables, such as needs analysis reports, configuration reports, implementation and testing schedules, user and administrator training plans, as well as reference documentation for users and administrators. Interested suppliers should also consider the specified limitations and constraints, including data management within Canada, the required security clearance for involved personnel, and the management of an accommodation portfolio spanning multiple sites with specific characteristics. Bidders must propose a solution that meets the specified requirements and is hosted and administered entirely on the side of the Department of National Defense (DND). Additionally, the solution should be bilingual (French and English) both in terms of user interface and support documentation. There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
