This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm-fixed price, commercial contract for the purchase of AvGas for the Robins AFB 2012 Air Show (28 and 29 Apr 2012). Please provide a quote for the following: 1. 100-LL AvGas, Not-to-Exceed 1000 Gallons 2. Fuel truck/support (operator) capable of dispensing fuel to aircraft during show (iaw the attached Statement of Work). Period of Performance: 27-29 April 2012 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE.
