Purchase of Cyber Equipment

The U.S. Embassy Suva, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the purchase of brand new cyber equipment under solicitation number 19FJ6026Q0003, issued on June 2, 2026, with responses due by July 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time. The acquisition, classified under NAICS code 339940 and designated as unrestricted and 8(a), involves the supply of specified hardware including Samsung monitors, Logitech speakers and wireless peripherals, CP UPS units, a 2000W power station, Belkin power banks, Brother laser multifunction printers and toners, HP EliteBook laptops with stylus pens, and multi-port GaN chargers, all to be delivered to the U.S. Embassy Suva at 158 Princes Road, Suva, Fiji. All prices must be quoted in Fijian Dollars and include labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation to the delivery location, with Value Added Tax (VAT) listed as a separate line item on invoices. Contractors must also flow down certain clauses to subcontracts and adhere to strict nondisclosure protocols regarding classified information. Performance is monitored through a Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan, with acceptance contingent on meeting service thresholds—including no more than one customer complaint per month—and invoices must strictly comply with FAR 32.905(e) and include VAT as a separate line item for payment processing.
