The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for:
- 12 Lifepak CR2 units with a handle—semi-automatic 4G models—in German and English
- Data plan for Lifepak CR2 with mobile data transmission, lifetime duration.
- Instruction and commissioning for Lifepak CR2 units and mobile data transmission

The Lifepak CR2 units must meet all relevant German and EU specifications.
For certification and regulatory reasons, the Lifepak CR2 units must be delivered directly from a German provider.
The products and services must be delivered to the U.S. General Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany no later than 90 days after receipt of the order.
The price quoted in the bid must include delivery and VAT as follows:
The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises in Frankfurt.
Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%.
