This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS MEANS AN SF-1449 WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation 15B61819Q00000032 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 332410. This requirement is for the following PVI Industries commercial water heater (boiler) repair kit for the United States Penitentiary Atwater: Energy Kit 1250 TP 1000M 16CC BG400 - includes flue collector, insulation insert and module This is a brand-name only requirement and the brand name justification is attached. The basis for award will be best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated considering past performance and price. Responsible offerors shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their bid price. Order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price purchase order and paid electronically once service has been completed and proper invoice has been received.
