This small business set-aside for GSA Schedule Holders, under NAICS 513210, involves the installation, configuration, integration, and migration of a system supporting up to 250 concurrent users and 8 administrators. Key deliverables include a go-live date within six months of ATO approval, the delivery of five training sessions for various user levels, and strict security compliance, including incident notification within one hour of identification. Administrative requirements specify the use of the Invoice Processing Platform for payments and adherence to various FAR and EPAAR clauses regarding organizational conflicts of interest and personnel security.
