The AFTC Installation Contracting Division, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a Q-Matic patient check-in numbering system under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) to Technical Communities, Inc. dba Testmart, 1111 Bayhill Dr Ste 400, San Bruno, CA 94066-3043. Anticipated award date is 24 September 2014. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Q-Matic Numbering System components: Hardware, Software, Licences, Support Services (1 Lot) These items must be delivered to: 96 MDG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 26 October 14 on an FOB Destination basis.
