Full Description

The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is soliciting for clinical and anatomical laboratory testing to include pathology consultation services to be provided at the Indian Health Service (IHS) and Tribally operated laboratory facilities located in the State of Arizona. Performance period shall be one (1) year from date of award with four (4) one-year options. IFB 5097 will be available on November 25, 2002. Only written request will be accepted and can be faxed to (602) 364-5030. Bid opening date is December 26, 2002, 2 P.M., Local time.
