Q--Sole Source with San Diego Pathologist for immuohistochemical (IHC) stain analysis VA San Diego Healthcare System

The Network 22 Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 with San Diego Pathologists Medical Group, Inc. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories with a standard of 15 million. San Diego Pathologists Medical Group Inc shall provide immuohistochemical (IHC) stain analysis which shall include transportation of specimens, analysis, supervision, labor, and all equipment necessary with twenty-four (24) hour turn-around testing results for VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS), located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone, email address, and a point of contact. Interested parties shall be accredited with accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Center for Disease Control, Medicare and other state regulatory agencies as mandated by Federal and State statutes. Additionally, the laboratory shall be certified and meet the requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) of 1988 and shall comply with the National Standards to Protect the Privacy of Personal Health Information in accordance with HIPAA. The Government will consider all capability statements received by 12:00 PM (PST), April 26, 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
