This is a Request for Information (RFI)/SSA to identify additional sources of supply for the manufacture of AN/TPQ-36(V) FIREFINDER Electron Tube, Traveling Wave, (TWT) Pulse Amplifier: a) NSN: 5960-01-323-6432, SM-D-800074-1, P/N: 1742H b) NSN 5960-01-089-3554, Government P/N: SM-D-800074-2, P/N: L5772-50, Cage Code 80080, which are compatible with NSN: 5960-01-349-5380, SM-D-800074. Minimal quantities may be required given the U.S Army AN/TPQ-36 Radars defielding date is projected in Calendar Year 2021. Sources that can manufacture and deliver the TPQ-36(V) Radars Electron Tube, Traveling Wave, (TWT) Pulse Amplifier, NSN: 5960-01-323-6432, are requested to submit information to show their capability to manufacture or supply this identified component as spare parts. At a minimum, information submitted should include but must not limited to the following types of documentation: Questionnaire information on previous government and commercial contracts, and data rights. In your response, please include your company name, CAGE code, and a technical Point of Contracts (POCs) with email address with both office and mobile telephone numbers. This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal and it shall NOT be construed as an Invitation for Bid or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this SSA or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this SSA. This Sources sought announcement (SSA) is for planning and market research purposes only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for award of a contract. The information gathered from this announcement will be used to determine if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for Small Business.
