QC4249 - REPLACE HVAC SYSTEM, RADOME F-2121, WO#1841163

MECHANICAL: 1. Remove and provide one(1) each Air Handling Unit and two(2) each Air Cooled Condensing Units complete with base supports and all required system appurtenances. 2. Remove and provide supply and return refrigerant piping system complete with insulations, claddings, supports and required peripheral accessories. 3. Perform functional testing and commissioning for the newly installed HVAC equipments by the KTR local HVAC Engineer / Technician. ELECTRICAL: 1. Remove and provide HVAC system electrical including cirduit breakers, disconnect switches, conduit, wires, supports, and accessories. CIVIL/STRUCTURAL: 1. Remove and provide HVAC concrete pad and enclosure. GENERAL: 1. Provide painting works, perform surface preparation and cleaning of new and existing surfaces affected by work. Provide color to match existing paint of adjacent building component. 2. Provide cleaning and repainting of entire existing exterior concrete wall surface. 3. Perform lead remediation and abatement plan works on existing exterior and interior surfaces with assumed lead based paint affected by works. 4. Provide fire rated sealants for gaps formed thru penetrations.
