I. CIVIL/STRUCTURAL: 1. Provide reinforced concrete extension pad for mechanical equipment. 2. Provide steel supports for Air Handling Unit and Air cooled condensing units, supply and return ducts. II. ARCHITECTURAL: 1. Remove and provide acoustical ceiling panels, grid runners, hangers and accessories after mechanical and electrical works. 2. Remove and provide door assemblies and hardware sets. 3. Provide painting works to match existing paint finish on affected interior and exterior paint surfaces. 4. Provide sealant system for gaps formed by: penetration thru walls and installed assemblies, fire rating must be considered. 5. Perform lead abatement and remdiation works for painted surface with lead based paint. III. MECHANICAL: 1. Remove and provide Air Handling Unit complete with steel base support, condensate drain pan, and all required accessories. 2. Remove and provide Air Cooled Condensing Units complete with refrigerant pipelines, isolation valves, flexible pipe connectors, filter driers, sight glass, fittings and all required accessories. 3. Remove and provide supply and return ducting complete with duct mounted smoked detectors, volume dampers, temperature and humidity sensors, fire dampers, supports and all required accessories. 4. Remove and provide supply air diffusers and registers. 5. Perform Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, functional testing and commissioning for the newly installed HVAC equipment by the KTR qualified local HVAC Engineer / Technician. 6. Provide back-up temporary air conditioning during construction. 7. Other mechanical incidental related works. IV. ELECTRICAL: 1. Remove and provide disconnect switches, circuit breakers, wires and conduits, supports, and related power components. 2. Other electrical incidental related works.
