Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z045-20-Q-PKB10800 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate NTE $14,100 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. Department of Labor DBA General Decision are included in this order and are applicable. Wage Determination #2015-5688 Mod 11 This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. On site annual quality control inspections of the Treatment Storage and Disposal Facility in accordance with the attached statement of work. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
