His Majesty the King in Right of Canada (“His Majesty”), as represented by the Government of Canada (“GOC”) and acting through the Department of Global Affairs Canada (“DFATD”) is acquiring a new space on the RCBC plaza to operate as a new office for the current Canadian Embassy in Manila, Philippines. The newly leased office space is on the 9th floor of same Plaza with an area of 1,460.88m2. to accommodate 100 FTEs (Full Time Equivalent). The required Project Management Support services (PMSS) and Quantity Surveyor (QS) services shall be on site in Manila, Philippines for the duration of the contract.
