NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTW6369-23-X033Quantum RF Sensing Lab ConsumablesGSIN: N5840DRDC Ottawa Research Center is setting a quantum RF sensing lab. The purpose of the lab is to investigate novel sensing protocols in the lab and assess potential utility to Defence applications. Lab consumables are required as a part of the lab.Applicable Trade Agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)Canada–Chile Free Trade AgreementCanada–Colombia Free Trade AgreementCanada–Honduras Free Trade AgreementCanada–Korea Free Trade AgreementCanada–Panama Free Trade AgreementCanada–Peru Free Trade AgreementThere will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.Security Requirements: This contract does not include a security requirement.It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
