TITLE: F3T3CE7235AW01, Sole Source Acquisition for the purchase of a Quick Terrain Modeler Version 8-FlexNet Floating License The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Applied Imagery LLC, required items to be purchased are: This procurement will be for the purchase of a Quick Terrain Modeler Version 8-FlexNet Floating License at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Applied Imagery is the manufacturer who has proprietary rights to the Quick Terrain Modeler software and maintenance. Applied Imagery is designated as a small business and is the sole source for the Quick Terrain Modeler in the United States. Applied Imagery works with customers across the DoD spectrum. QTM Software is in use on the U.S. Army AGC Buckeye program, all branches of the military, and the intelligence community. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 31 Aug 2017 at 4:00 P.M EST.
