This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Part 12. (RFO 12.202(b)(1)). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA500026Q0070 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) brand-name replacement International DT466 remanufactured diesel engine assembly (Renewed P/N: 2596573C92, Injector Configuration: 642011C005) to support an R11 Aircraft Refueler Truck for the 673d Logistics Readiness Squadron (673 LRS).


This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 333618 (Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing, Size Standard: 1,500 Employees) and PSC 2815 (Diesel Engines and Components). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The contractor shall provide one (1) brand-name replacement International DT466 Remanufactured Diesel Engine assembly conforming to the salient characteristics set forth in Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics (Description: International DT466, Model Year: 2005, Trimmed Engine, Renewed Part Number: 2596573C92, Injector Configuration: 642011C005, Engine Serial Number Range: 2000000–2999999, HP Rating: 245(ST)–285(HT)). In accordance with RFO 11.204(a)(2)(ii) and RFO 12.102, this requirement is brand-name restricted to International as documented in the attached Brand Name Determination & Findings (D&F Below SAT - Redacted).


Delivery, inspection, and acceptance shall be FOB Destination to 673d Logistics Readiness Squadron (673 LRS/LGRV), Attn: Daniel Vadnais / Vehicle Management (Vehicle 06L00080 Engine), 8288 Gott Ave, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK 99506-0000 on or before 29 December 2026 (within 90 calendar days after date of contract).
