THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) is seeking an entity or entities to provide monthly cleaning and maintenance for a total of three (3) aquariums. Two (2) fish aquarium tanks located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System at 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The tanks are located in the Community Living Center (CLC), one 150 gallon tank and one 100 gallon tank. Plus One (1) fish aquarium 150 gallon tank located at the Mental Health Intensive Case Management Clinic (MHICM) located at 3800 Packard Rd., Suite 120, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. The quantity of Aquariums may adjust over the course of this contract. The Contractor shall meet all certifications, licenses and /or permit requirements of all Federal, State or City codes regarding operations of this type of service. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation Statement of Work (SOW). The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 453910, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million applies. All potential bidders MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov . Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov . The contractor shall be regularly established in providing cleaning and maintenance for fish aquariums for a minimum of at least three (3) years. The contract is for the period of the Date of Award through September 30, 2011 plus four (4) one (1) year option(s) period(s).
