R--BAA/RFI proposal automated secure web Delivery System

The U.S. Army Research and Development Command (RDECOM), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to add two (2) twelve (12) month option periods to Contract W91CRB-07-F-0029,in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), with Mantech Advanced Systems to provide an secure web-based Broad Agency Announcement/Request for Information ( BAA/RFI) proposal automated delivery system. This proprietary BAA/RFI system is currently in use by JIEDDO and incorporates numerous security protocols that is critical to the sensitive nature of the mission The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330 and the size standard is $4.5M employees. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, April 26th, 2010.
