The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential bidders for a firm fixed-price, non-personal healthcare service contract to perform off-site Data Entry of PCC forms, excluding ER PCC forms for the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota 57570. The period of performance will be October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. This is a Small Business Set-Aside contract. Requests for RFQ-02-105 shall be in writing, either by e-mail or telefax at 605/226-7669 and will be made available approximately 15 days after date of publication.
