This notice synopsizes USAID/Honduras intention to continue implementation of the Conservation of Resources and Improved Market Access, Cleaner Use and Production Program in Honduras. For this purpose a modification will be issued to Contract No.522-C-00-00-00468-00 with International Resources Group (IRG). This contract was originally awarded on September 24, 2004. The total estimated cost of the modification was originally envisioned at $1.8 million and it was publicized during November 2006, however, the USAID anticipates receiving additionally $2.0 million to increase the results of the contract. Subject to availability of funds, the total estimated cost of the contract, after exercising this modification will be $15,359,030.00. This notice does not require proposals from potential contractors and a solicitation will not be issued. This notice is posted as required by FAR 5.201?.
