Enhancements will include integration with the VA WebHR portal for single sign-on, improved reporting capabilities, user interface improvements meeting accessibility standards, and workflow notifications aligned with union requirements. The contract scope also covers maintenance of data elements, library enhancements, creation and routing of performance plans, and transferring final ratings and performance packages into the employee's electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF). The notice clarifies that this is a limited sources action under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) and is not an invitation for competitive proposals. Questions regarding the procurement can be directed to the designated VA point of contact, Joseph Senkovich.
