The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W); on behalf of The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, intends to award a Sole Source contract to Wisconsin Project on Nuclear Arms Control DBA The Risk Report, 1701 K Street, NW, Suite 805, Washington DC 20006-1568, a non-profit organization. The objective of this order is to maintain, expand and improve the Risk Report database and the service to its subscribers; make the database available to additional countries worldwide by visiting su ch countries and providing on-site training; and provide subscription service. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
