This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-06-T-0098. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20060908. Purchase Facility Database services. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT. The intended source of this requirement is Asset Evolution, 105 South State Street, #401, Oren UT 84058. They are the developers of the software and as such has propriety data rights to the software. They are the only provider of the Facility Database services. Development and repopulation of the data would be extremely time consuming and costly. This is a continuation of a previous service contract. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
