For purposes of determine size status, NAICS code 531320, with $1.5M in annual receipts will be used. Anyone performing this service shall possess an appraiser's license or certification for the state, which the subject property is located. If interested, please email Gay E. Julian at Gay_E._Julian@hud.gov and provide the following information: 1) State for which you are interested in performing the appraisal services and 2) Identification as to whether the company is large or small, and if large, intent to subcontract 40% or more.
