Full Description

The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk VA, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 15 – Cotracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, to obtain non-personal Husbanding Services for the region of Panama. The solicitation will be issued under full and open competition and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number N00189-11-R-0059. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for these requirements is 488310 with a Size Standard of $25.5 Million. The corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R706. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations.
