This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Note: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island is accepting quotes or proposals via submission through NECO. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement for services for the maintenance and operation of the Narragansett Bay Shallow Water Test Facility (NBSWTF). The NBSWTF is a group of underwater ranges located in and offshore Narragansett Bay and includes a shore-based waterfront facility in Newport and a test facility on Gould Island. A firm fixed price, not to exceed type purchase order is anticipated. Total estimated Level of Effort is 3,600 man-hours. Service Contract Act (SCA) will be applicable if proposed SCA labor hours exceed 20% of total hours. Clearance to CONFIDENTIAL level is required. NAICS Code 541330, Size Standard is $27M.
