The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Arizona (USPFO for AZ), on behalf of the Arizona Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Brigade (AZARNG RRB), anticipates awarding a contract to IMG College, LLC for the use of marketing assets and venues at Arizona State University during the 2014/2015 school year. IMG College, LLC has the sole exclusive rights to sell marketing assets for the Arizona State University Athletics Department, and so is the only apparent contractor that can provide access for the AZARNG RRB. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541613 MARKETING CONSULTING SERVICES with a size standard of $15M. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 (a) 2(iii). This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offer. No solicitation document is available and telephone submittals will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the USPFO for AZ Purchasing and Contracting Office within (5) calendar days from the date of the publication of this notice. USPFO for AZ P&C; BLDG M5800; 5645 E. McDowell Rd.; Phoenix, AZ 85008. All responsible sources may submit a bid proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
