The San Marcos Unified School District (SMUSD) is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 2026-15 for a comprehensive Human Resources Database System. The objective is to implement a platform that streamlines HR processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and integrates with existing tools such as Droplet, Ed Join, Frontline, and PeopleSoft. The contract is structured as a fixed-fee agreement with three renewal options extending through June 30, 2031. Notably, funding is contingent upon E-Rate approval, and the district mandates that no invoicing may occur until goods or services are delivered. Electronic submissions are required by November 19, 2026, and must include a completed vendor questionnaire and adherence to affirmative action and workers' compensation certifications.
