Les travaux d’installation septique comprennent, sans s’y limiter, la mise en place de conduites et de regards, d’une fosse septique et d’un champ d’infiltration ainsi que l'enlèvement des installations existantes. Les travaux liés à la construction d’une fosse à fumier couverte comprennent, sans s’y limiter, la construction d’une fosse en béton ainsi que la fabrication de la structure de bois et la finition des murs et du toit. Finalement, la mise à niveau des installations de traitement de l’eau potable comprend, sans s’y limiter, la construction d’un petit bâtiment où seront logés les équipements de traitement de l'eau, le nettoyage et la mise à niveau du puits existant, l’installation d’un système complet de traitement de l’eau potable et l'enlèvement des équipements existants. Les personnes intéressées doivent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres par l’intermédiaire du système électronique d’appel d’offres SÉAO (www.seao.ca ou pour la région de Montréal au 514 856‑6600 ou pour l’extérieur sans frais au 1 866 669‑7326). Une visite des lieux se tiendra le lundi 2 février 2026 à 15 h au 55, route 116 Ouest, Warwick. Les soumissions dans des enveloppes cachetées et adressées au soussigné seront reçues au Centre de services scolaire des Bois-Francs, 40, boul. des Bois-Francs Nord, Victoriaville (Québec) G6P 1E5, porte # 2, jusqu'à 13 h 30, heure en vigueur localement, le 26e jour du mois de février 2026 pour être ouvertes publiquement au même endroit le même jour et à la même heure. Toute soumission devra être accompagnée d'une garantie de soumission représentant 10 % du montant total de la soumission émis à l’ordre du Centre de services scolaire des Bois-Francs valide pour une période de 45 jours excluant toutes les taxes applicables, sous forme de chèque visé, de lettre de garantie irrévocable ou de cautionnement de soumission émis par une institution financière sans quoi la soumission sera automatiquement rejetée.
