R -- Off-Site Fitness Center

The U.S. House of Representatives is seeking proposals for up to two contractors to provide all resources (staffing, facilities and fitness equipment) necessary to offer group rate off-site fitness services for all eligible House Staff across the DC Metro region through multiple facilities within a 50 mile radius. At least one facility shall be within 5 miles of the U.S. Capitol or any one of the House Office Buildings (Cannon, Longworth, Rayburn, or Ford) and within close proximity of public transportation (e.g., a Metro Station). Interested parties are encouraged to visit the site often to obtain any amendments which may be issued and to view other procurement opportunities at the House. Small, Minority, Women-owned and Veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to participate in House procurements, but this is not a set aside.
