R -- Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Philadelphia intends to procure in accordance with FAR 6.1 acquisition support services to support the Navy's Strategic Sourcing Branch (OPNAV N124). The contractor(s) will provide the contracting support for Commercial Activity (A-76) study assistance to the Strategic Sourcing Branch, whose mission is to assist Navy activities with identification and use of competitive opportunities and other alternatives to reduce infrastructure costs and obtain the best public or private source for a particular supply or service. Multiple cost plus fixed fee indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts for a base year and four one-year options are anticipated. The estimated level of effort for the base year is 350,000 hours with an additional 350,000 hours for each option period for a total level of effort of 1,750,000 hours. Offerors shall be required to submit cost and technical proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by FISC NORFOLK DET PHILA.
