The U.S. Geological Survey, under the Department of the Interior, is seeking industry input through a Request for Information (RFI) for the Landsat 10 Mission Operations Center and Flight Operations functions, identified by solicitation number DOIGFBO260017. Contractors must submit cost estimates using a structured template covering quarterly burdened labor, other direct costs (including equipment, software licenses, and other items), development/integration and testing, mission readiness, and operations costs from CY2027 through CY2037.
