R -- Salute to Teens Sponsorship Opportunity

The Robins Air Force Base 78th Services Division Library is organizing a Salute to Teens event on May 19, 2005, to honor the contributions of teenagers to the community. This occasion will also serve as the grand opening of the new young adult section within the library. The event is intended for all teenagers in the base community, with an expected attendance of approximately 25 participants. To support and enhance the event, the organizers are seeking sponsorships in the form of pizza and drink donations for the teen attendees. Companies or individuals interested in sponsoring the event have the opportunity to gain various forms of recognition, including the possibility of having their logo or name featured in promotional materials, the Services Edge magazine (with a monthly circulation of 15,000), the Services website, the Rev-Up publication (circulated weekly with 20,000 copies), and on an event thank you sign. The extent of promotional recognition depends on the value of the donation.
