The College of Distance Education (CDE), Naval War College has a requirement to conduct nonresident evening courses in the Annapolis MD area from 1 August 2017 – 08 June 2018. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the product or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency.
