Special Notice for Sole Source The National Park Service, Lakewood MABO, intends to award a sole source service purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to City of Gunnison. This requirement is for dispatch services for emergency services and law enforcement at Curecanti NRA. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 921190. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, quotes or expressions of interest (EOIs). No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however, any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at contact@example.gov. All comments received before 2 pm MT March 30, 2018 will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
