A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED
The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside direct solicitation to suppliers. 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The SBA size standard for NAICS 541611 is $24.5 Million.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS
Interested small business concerns shall provide capabilities statements demonstrating relevant history of performnace in supplying electrical hardware and supplies.
Capabilities statement shall be limited to two (2) pages and must include the following information:
a. Firm's name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, and Unique Entity ID.
b. Firm's business category and size: Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses to include 8(a) firms, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to include Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB) and at the subcontracting level, Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).
Affirmative written responses must be received by 8:00 AM (Mountain) on 24 August 2026. The solicitation may be made directly to contractors based off of the capabilities statements received and evaluated. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). Electronic responses and questions shall be submitted via email to the contracting point of contact listed below. The U.S. Department of the Interior is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
