The contract outlines a sponsorship opportunity for the Robins Air Force Base 78th Services Division's Smith Community Center Table Tennis Tournament scheduled for January 13, 2005. The event welcomes participation from all base ID cardholders and their families, featuring single or double elimination formats with separate competitions for children and adults. Last year's tournament saw over twenty participants, and this year expects even greater involvement. Sponsors are invited to contribute cash or in-kind donations for trophies awarded to the top three winners in both the children's and adult tournaments, as well as additional prizes to ensure all participants receive awards. In return for sponsorship, companies and individuals could gain promotional benefits including logo and name recognition across several channels such as event materials, the Services Edge magazine, the Services website, the weekly Rev-Up publication, and event signage. The level of recognition depends on the value of the contribution. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the designated representative, Marisa Mammano, by December 30, 2004, to confirm participation. This initiative promotes community engagement while providing sponsors with visibility within the Robins Air Force Base community.

On January 13, 2005 the Robins Air Force Base 78th Services Division Smith Community Center will host a Table Tennis Tournament. This program allows participants to compete in a single or double elimination tournament. This tournament is open to all base ID cardholders and their families. Last year we had a participation of over twenty people and are expecting more for this year. In order to enhance this program we would like to partner with companies and individuals who are interested in providing cash and/or in-kind for trophies to award to the top three tournament winners of the children's tournament and the adult tournament, as well as additional give-aways so that every participant will receive a prize.Would your company like to be a part of the Table Tennis Tournament for 2005? If so, we can offer you possible logo and/or name recognition in promotional event materials, our Services Edge magazine (15,000 published per month), our Services website, the Rev-Up (20,000 published per week) and even on an event thank you sign. (All opportunities above are dependent on the total value of your donation.) Those companies interested in participating should contact Marisa Mammano at +1 (555) 000-0000 or +1 (555) 000-0000 no later than December 30, 2004.
