The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate a noncompetitive modification with Beckman and Associates, Inc., under contract NRC 03-03-037, entitled Technical Assistance to Support Regional Team Inspections. This modification will increase the contract ceiling from $7,670,955 to $8,000,000 an increase of $329,045 to provide continued technical assistance to support NRC staff in the performance of Component Design Base inspections. This increase in the ceiling amount will allow additional task orders to be placed against the contract until a follow-on contract is awarded. This new contract is anticipated to be awarded on or around December 2007. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No proposals or capability statements are being sought at this time.
