R--Technical, Engineering, Analytical and Management Support

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) intends to award a sole source contract to New West Energetics Joint Venture, LLC (New West) to assist in EERE?s mission of supporting research, development, and deployment of transformational clean energy technologies. New West currently provides support services to EERE in the following areas: Technical, Engineering, Analytical and Management Support activities which include but are not limited to continuous on-going day-to-day support, short-term (special studies and reports) and longer-term advisory and assistance tasks. The contract shall be for one (1) year, with a base period of six (6) months and three two (2) month options periods. This is a notice of intent and no solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement by November 21, 2014, at 10:00 am local prevailing time (Washington, D.C.) via e-mail to contact@example.gov. The written response must include a detailed discussion demonstrating experience providing services identified in this announcement and past performance client information for similar work. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
