CLOSING DATE: September 5, 2003, AT 16:00 CET.Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (on Standard Form 171 or Optional Form 612) from U.S. citizens and resident aliens interested in providing two years PSC services as Program Office and Special Initiative Coordinator at USAID/Bulgaria in Sofia, as described in attached solicitation. Submittals shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified. Such responsibilities include overseeing the Endowment Cooperative Agreement which requires extensive coordination with various Regional and Washington USAID entities. The Contractor participates in all Strategic Objectives teams in the Mission programs as requested. The market value of the position: $72,381 to $94,098 (Equivalent GS-14). Final compensation will be based upon the candidate's past salary, work history and educational background but shall not exceed the ceiling rate of the position.
