This amendment is to update the PWS (list of items to be repaired) and quote submission deadline. Please see the attached doucment titled "Attachment 1-PWS Radar Foam Repair (Updated)" for the updated list of items to be repaired. The new quote submission date is 27 May 2026 at 2PM (UTC -07:00) Pacific Daylight time, Los Angeles, USA. 


(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S26QA004 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).



(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR Overhaul on Acquisition.gov



(3) This is a limited source competitive acquisition to small and large business. This solicitation is restricted to vendors that are currently approved by Hill AFB Engineering for F-16 radar foam repair in accordance with FAR 9.202. Offers from unapproved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable. The associated NAICS code is 336413 with a 1,250-employee size std.



(4) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.



(5) The Government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical capability, and past performance.



(6) A site visit will not be offered for this requirement



(7) Any questions must be emailed to the address below no later than 2:00 PM Arizona time, Thursday, 19 May 2026. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation by 5:00 PM Arizona time on Monday, 21 May 2026.
