In accordance with FAR 45.402, rent-free use of the Army ATNAVICS HOT Mockup Test Station located at Raytheons facility in Largo, FL is allowed provided such use does not interfere with performance of work under Contract Nos. W58RGZ-17-C-0070 or W56JSR-17-C-0002,the contracts under which the Test Station is provided and accountable. 3. See Section B for Quantity, Inspection Acceptance and Freight on Board (FOB) requirements. 4. PRIOR TO SHIPMENT: Successful offerors must contact local Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to arrange for inspection/acceptance before shipment. 5. NFD, used, reconditioned and remanufactured parts are exempt from the warranty. There is no warranty for NFD, used, reconditioned or remanufactured parts. 6.
